The Goodnight Grandpa story is intended to bring us all together! Selecting just the right flag to represent a language is not always easy.

Using the Flag of Japan for Japanese makes sense. But which flag is best for English, where over 40 countries use the language (some officially, others unofficially)? We chose the mother country: England, and used the flag of Great Britain. We did the same for French and Spanish. For the Arabic Language, we used a special flag: The League of Arab States. This Flag voluntarily represents nations where Arabic is the official language.
