James Craig is a prominent graphic designer who has spent over sixty years in practice. A professional author and educator, Mr. Craig has conducted typographic workshops throughout the world.

James Craig was born in Montreal, Canada, and studied fine arts in Montreal and Paris before immigrating to the United States. He received his BFA from The Cooper Union in 1963 and his MFA from Yale University in 1965.
